Abstract

A current mirror includes a bias branch comprising: a first transistor and a second transistor connected in series between a voltage source and ground; a voltage divider coupled between the voltage source and ground; and an operational amplifier, is configured to receive the divided voltage of the voltage divider and the voltage of the node between the first transistor and the second transistor, and drive the gate of the second transistor to pull the node towards the divided voltage. The current mirror also includes a power amplifier core coupled to the bias branch. The power amplifier core includes first and second drive transistors arranged in series between a voltage source and ground. The gates of the first transistor and the first driving transistor are coupled, and the gates of the second transistor and the second driving transistor are coupled.
