Abstract

The invention discloses a sensory quality evaluation method for threshing and re-drying finished tobacco strips. The method is characterized by setting three levels of sensory quality evaluation indices, sample evaluation conditions, illumination demands and sensory evaluation indices and demands, detecting the sensory indices of the threshing and re-drying finished tobacco strips through four steps of looking, smelling, blowing and patting, and comprehensively performing sensory quality evaluation on the quality of the threshing and re-drying finished tobacco strips by judging whether the finished tobacco strips are qualified and whether the quality and processing technology are excellent.
