Benefits of technology

This patented describes a method used in treatments like sewage treatment systems to improve filtrate quality or kill harmful microorganisms such as algae (irregularly occurring plants) and metals from contaminating waters. It involves adding certain materials called activated charcoons into the system to help them stick out onto solid particles carrying germs during filtering processes. These activated chars act as catalysts when exposed to oxygen gas molecules present in air near the surface where they break down any unwanted compounds found within these environments. Additionally, this technology helps prevent excessive buildup of residual material due to overuse of chemical agents. Overall, this process improving efficiency and sanitation while minimizing human effort required makes effective environmental remediation possible.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by current methods described in the prior art relates to improving the quality control (QC) level of medical waste disposal systems that handle these types of wastes due to their complexity and potential contamination sources. Current processes have limitations with regards to effective removal of harmful substances like germs, dirt particles, pesticides, solvent residues, and environmental concerns associated therewith.

Abstract

The invention discloses a hospital sewage treatment system which comprises a grating well, a pre-disinfecting tank, a septic tank, a pre-aeration adjusting tank, an anoxic tank, a bio-contact oxidation tank, a vertical flow sedimentation tank, a quantitative tank, a purifier, a contact disinfecting tank and a dechlorination tank which are arranged in the sewage flow direction and communicate with each other through pipelines. The grating well communicates with a hospital sewage drainpipe. Processed hospital sewage passes through the dechlorination tank and is then discharged. The system provided by the invention has high degree of automation, is convenient to manage, and is adopted to reduce operating personnel. In comparison with a traditional sewage station management system, the system provided by the invention has the following advantages: energy is saved; operation time is reduced; work schedule of personnel and labor intensity are decreased; the purifying effect is good; and emission targets after processing reaches the national emission standard.
