Abstract

The invention provides a formula of an intermediate-aluminium micro-powder bauxite isostatic pressing electrotechnical porcelain blank material. The formula provided by the invention comprises the following ingredients: by weight, 48-55% of intermediate-aluminium micro-powder bauxite, 18-22% of a feldspar flux, 8-15% of calcined kaolin, 15-25% of plastic clay and 0.3-1.0% of a dispersant. The intermediate-aluminium micro-powder bauxite raw material is adopted to replace existing routine high-aluminium bauxite raw material so as to decrease dependence on scarce resources and reduce raw material cost. The material provided by the invention has stable performance and meets product performance requirements of the existing high-aluminium bauxite raw material.
