The reverse-inclined double-layer water inlet structure is characterized in that upper-layer and lower-layer water inlets are set on an upstream face of the concrete water-stop plate. The water inlets are communicated to water delivery galleries on the bottoms of the sluice piers via inflowing galleries and vertical S-type turning sections buried in the concrete sluice piers; the upstream face of the inflowing section of the concrete water-stop plate is reverse-inclined with a reverse angle alpha of not more than 45 DEG. The structure is applicable to water conservancy and hydropower projects and waterway transportation projects.
