The gateway comprises a gateway main management module, a dispatching management module, a device exit management module and a cache management module, wherein the dispatching management module and the device exit management module are connected with the gateway main management module, and the cache management module is connected with the dispatching management module. The gateway main management module is in charge of processing and analyzing notification information when the devices are initially connected with the gateway. The cache management module is in charge of downloading device drivers and application programs from a network-based server. The dispatching management module is in charge of loading the device drivers and the application programs to an internal storage from a cache and conducting dispatching management on application programs operated in a system. The device exit management module is in charge of releasing occupied systematic resources when the devices exit.
