The preparation method of the wind-dispelling and pain-relieving oil comprises the following steps of grinding bee venom and barneol into fine powder; mixing the litsea cubeba oil and the cinnamon oil; then adding the powder of bee venom and barneol into a mixture of the litsea cubeba oil and the cinnamon oil; stirring to make the raw materials solvated thoroughly; loading the mixture into a container; and sealing for over 40 days. The wind-dispelling and pain-relieving oil can be used for treating various diseases such as headache and arthralgia due to pathogenic wind-dampness; headache, stomachache and arthralgia caused by cold; sudden sprains and contusion, muscular pain and arthralgia caused by falls, abdominal distention and pain due to dyspepsia, etc.
