Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) The lifting and releasing devices are relatively complicated. If a lifting device is used, the requirements for auxiliary equipment and site are very high, and the experimental cost is relatively high, so it is not suitable for academic research;
[0006] (2) The complex structure leads to troublesome operation, and it is also dangerous. If the structure is released by ignition and blasting, it is not conducive to repeated experiments;
[0007] (3) Ordinary slamming experiments cannot guarantee the vertical fall of the model, so there will be errors in the measurement results, the accuracy of the data is difficult to guarantee, and the requirements of the experiment cannot be fulfilled;
[0008] (4) The experimental device has a single function and can only perform ordinary vertical drop slamming experiments. It is not applicable to multi-angle falling body slamming experiments, and the utilization rate of the experimental device is low

Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] The invention provides a set of falling body slamming experimental device, the overall structure is as follows figure 1 , 2 As shown, first design a pool 1 of appropriate size according to the experimental requirements, install two model lifting tripods 4 above the pool, form a portal frame structure through the upper beam 11, and constitute the main structure of the experimental device; the tripod 4 is composed of anchor bolts 3 and the wire rope 10 are fixed on the pool wall, and a liftable block 2 is installed under the tripod 4 to adjust the level and verticality of the tripod 4; an opening is made on the side wall of the model 9, and the model 9 is guided by the guide slider 5 fixed on the guide rail 6.

[0023] see Figure 3-5 , the gripper 8 mainly includes two sets of upper grab arms 12 and lower grab arms 13, each group of upper grab arms 12 and lower grab a...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the filed of marine technologies, and relates to an experimental facility for a falling body slamming experiment. The experimental facility comprises a falling body model (9), a gate-type model lifting framework, a pulley set, a hand grab (8) and an ejection rod (15). The pulley set is fixed on the gate-type model lifting framework, the hand grab (8) is fixed at the front end of a steel wire rope connected with the pulley set, and a grabbing shaft (16) is fixed on the upper portion of the falling body model (9). The hand grab (8) comprises two sets of upper grabbing arms (12) and two sets of lower grabbing arms (13), and one upper grabbing arm (12) and one lower grabbing arm (13) on the same side are connected through a hinge pin (14) with a hole in the middle respectively. For the two hinge pins (14), the hole in the middle of one hinge pin (14) is a threaded hole (20), and the hole in the middle of the other hinge pin (14) is a locating hole (21). The experimental facility can lift and release the falling body model easily, safely and reliably, and the experimental facility is low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a set of experimental devices for falling body slamming experiments, which belong to the technical field of ships and are mainly used in the experimental research of hydroelastic slamming fluid-solid coupling of local structures of ship hulls. Background technique [0002] When a ship sails in harsh sea conditions, due to the violent relative movement between the hull and the waves, slamming will occur when the hull structure exits the water and then enters the water. The slamming will threaten the local structure of the ship and the overall structural strength. Serious slamming The impact will lead to the destruction of the local structure (bow bottom, bow drift, etc.) where the slamming occurs. The instantaneous hydrodynamic force generated by slamming will cause the transient elastic vibration of the hull girder, that is, whipping. Severe flutter response dynamics will generate transient high stresses on the strength deck o...
