The contact type road condition detecting system further comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are arranged beside the temperature sensor, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are respectively installed in the machine seat, one end of the positive electrode and one end of the negative electrode are both exposed out of the road surface, and the light sources, the detector, the temperature sensor, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are all connected with a microprocessor. The contact type road condition detecting system is of a structure of the two light sources and one single detector, is simple and compact, is convenient to dismount, maintain, detect and update, and reduces production cost. The positive electrode and the negative electrode are used for detecting the water salinity on the road surface. The temperature sensor arranged beside the electrodes can measure environmental temperature and can serve as environmental monitoring for conductivity measurement to carry out temperature compensation.
