The invention discloses a salinity measurement method. The salinity measurement method specifically comprises the following steps: 1, solving the conductivity of a salt solution by calculation formulas of salinity temperature and conductivity when the salinity and the temperature are known; 2, substituting the solved conductivity into a calculation formula of a plane circular electrode model and establishing a relation between a sensor resistance and the salinity and temperature; 3, substituting an output voltage value of a sensor into a charging / discharging formula of a sensor resistance-capacitance network, and solving a resistance value of the other group of sensor; and 4, carrying out curve fitting to establish two groups of formulas of resistance values, which are obtained by calculation, and determining relative parameters, so as to establish a function relation of salinity, temperature and voltage. The invention discloses a contact type road condition detecting system which comprises two light sources, a detector and a temperature sensor.
