Abstract

An inorganic nanometer silver-zinc composite transparent antiseptic preferably consists of the following components in parts by mass: 800-12000 parts of water, 0.1-8 parts of an alkali inorganic salt, 1-12 parts of an acid metal-ion complexing agent, 0.01-1 part of a silver salt, 0.02-5 parts of a zinc salt, 1-16 parts of an alkali metal-ion complexing agent, 0.3-5 parts of a chelate coupling agent, 0.2-5 parts of a dispersant, and 0.5-7 parts of a heterocyclic metal-ion corrosion inhibitor. The invention also provides a preparation method of the antiseptic. The preparation method comprises: making the silver salt and the zinc salt in the solution react with the alkali metal-ion complexing agent to form a stable complex, adding into a diluents of the alkali inorganic salt and the acid metal-ion complexing agent for secondary protective complexation, then adding the chelate coupling agent and the dispersant to avoid generation of particle agglomerated precipitates, and finally adding the heterocyclic metal-ion corrosion inhibitor for resisting oxidation, resisting ultraviolet and preventing color changes, to obtain the colorless transparent silver-zinc composite antiseptic.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of antibacterial and its technology, and in particular relates to an inorganic nano-silver-zinc composite transparent antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Various microorganisms harmful to human health exist in the living environment of human beings, which have many adverse effects on human production and life. Especially after the outbreak of SARS, human beings have discovered that many harmful bacteria have mutated at the same time, and they are often caught off guard by relying on existing medical methods. The continuous update of antibacterial technology is imperative. Silver has strong antibacterial ability and broad-spectrum bactericidal effect, and it will not accumulate toxins in the human body. It has been used as an antibacterial active material long ago. Nano-scale silver ions have higher surface energy and more contact area, and have higher antibacterial acti...
