The invention discloses a wear-resistant paint used for an electric automobile shifting fork. The paint is prepared from the following raw materials: 80-100 parts by weight of
epoxy modified organic
silicone resin, 15-25 parts by weight of an oily acrylic
emulsion, 4-7 parts by weight of tetrabutylphosphonium
chloride, 2-5 parts by weight of flaky-
mica powder, 4-7 parts by weight of
propylene glycol methyl
ether acetate, 4-7 parts by weight of
inositol hexaphosphate, 4-6 parts by weight of dially succinate, 1-2 parts by weight of nano
graphene, 3-5 parts by weight of bismaleimide, 10-15 partsby weight of
polyurethane acrylate, 5-7.5 parts by weight of
guar gum
ether, 8-15 parts by weight of calcined kaolin, 5-10 parts by weight of
lead oxide powder, 5-7.5 parts by weight of a filler, 2-5parts by weight of
diacetone alcohol, 0.5-2 parts by weight of a surfactant, 5-8 parts by weight of an
antiseptic preparation, and 1-2 parts by weight of an adhesion accelerator. The paint provided bythe invention has good
fineness, the anti-aging performance is stable, and the paint particularly has very good resistance to an acid, an alkali and salt
fog; and after the paint is dried, the painthas low surface adhesion, good abrasion resistance, and an anti-electrostatic effect.
