An outlet of the air compressor is connected to the oil-gas separator, the oil-gas separator is connected to one end of a heat exchanger of the air compressor heat recycling device by an oil pipe and an air pipe respectively, an oil temperature sensor is arranged on the oil pipe, the other end of the heat exchanger is respectively and correspondingly connected to a circulating water inlet and a circulating water outlet of the circulating water storage tank by two connecting branches, a circulating pump and a water temperature sensor are serially connected onto the connecting branch at the circulating water outlet, and the reversible water-delivery pump unit is arranged between the circulating water storage tank and the water storage tank at the heat user end; the oil temperature sensor, the water temperature sensor, the circulating pump and the reversible water-delivery pump unit are respectively and electrically connected to the intelligent controller.
