Abstract

The invention relates to a full-automatic grinding and polishing machine. A stepping motor of the full-automatic grinding and polishing machine works to drive a transverse screw rod to rotate and a transverse nut is enabled to generate axial displacement along the transverse screw rod, so that a manipulator fixing frame moves forwards; in the process of moving forwards, a manipulator clips out a grinding and polishing disk; a longitudinal screw rod rotates, a longitudinal nut drives the manipulator to move down; and the grinding and polishing disk is placed on a grinding and polishing seat and then the manipulator returns to the original position, so that automatic installation of the grinding and polishing disk is implemented. A rotating shaft screw rod moves up and down under the drive by a motor at the bottom of a rack; in the moving process of the rotating shaft screw rod, an integral spindle is driven to rotate by a rotating fixed plate and a rotating fixed seat until a grinding and polishing head on the spindle moves to the position suitable for polishing. Then, a clamp is placed on a grinding and polishing disk assembly; after the grinding and polishing head is fixed with the clamp, polishing is carried out; and after polishing is completed, the grinding and polishing head drives the clamp to move into an ultrasonic washing box to carry out washing, so that works of automatically moving, washing and the like are completed. Working efficiency is obviously improved.
