Abstract

The invention discloses a manual unidirectional freezing layered sample preparation device suitable for high water (ice) content frozen earth. The device is composed of three parts, namely a temperature control system, a layered sample loading system and a thermal insulation box, wherein the temperature control system comprises a cold bath for providing cold energy and pipelines for circulation of a cooling liquid, and further comprises a thermal resistor temperature sensor and a temperature regulation and control unit; the layered sample loading system is composed of a high heat-conducting aluminum baseplate, release filter paper, a thermal insulation epoxy resin sample sleeve, an epoxy resin top cover and a sample preparation die. The temperature of the baseplate of the layered sample loading system can be regulated and controlled through utilization of the temperature control system and the thermal insulation box, and layered sample loading is performed at the upper end opening of the sample preparation die, so that manual unidirectional freezing layered sample preparation can be realized.
