Abstract

The invention discloses a portable ultrasonic detector and a detection method for liquid food quality. The detector comprises an ultrasonic sensor device, a the control unit mainly comprising digital signal processing, timing and memory modules, a temperature compensation unit and a man-machine interface comprising a USB standard interface, a keyboard and a liquid crystal display (LCD). Through use of the portable ultrasonic detector and the detection method for the liquid food quality, consumers can perform, without opening sealing caps, nondestructive detection of bottled and canned liquid food to be purchased such as wine, edible oil, soy sauce, vinegar, milk, beverage and the like whenever and wherever, influences of bottle wall thickness and signal processing module time delay on detection results can be avoided, and relevant characteristic parameters of the detected liquid food can be accurately obtained. The relevant characteristic parameter values are compared with a cloud database established through a lot of experiments for detecting good food, so that if the detected liquid food is true or false and good or bad can be identified.
