Abstract

The water removal agent comprises polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene phosphate ester, a calcium alkylbenzene sulfonate clearing agent, a polymethacrylate pour point depressant and paraffin-based base oil; the water removal agent is added in quenching oil with exceeding water content, and heating and circular stirring are performed, so that the water removal agent and the quenching oil are sufficiently and uniformly mixed; a heating device and a circular stirring device are closed, the quenching oil is subjected to still standing; and finally, an oil-submerged pump is used for pumping oil from the surface of the quenching oil, oil at the upper part and oil in the middle are quenching oil products with qualified water content, and an oil product at the lowest part is the water removal agent and water absorbed by the water removal agent, and is scrapped.
