Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: A, coating a base membrane with a layer of coating liquid, wherein the coating liquid consists of the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of polyacrylic acid polylol resin, 5-15 parts of curing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of ultraviolet light absorber, 0.5-1.5 parts of antistatic agent and 45-55 parts of solvent; B, preheating the coating liquid at the preheating temperature of 20-40 DEG C for 1-4 seconds; C, jetting diffusion particles to the preheated coating liquid, and locally getting into the coating liquid. According to the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention, the getting-in degree of the diffusion particles can be controlled through low temperature drying temperature and drying time; as particle main bodies left at the outer side are not coated with the resin, and the particle main bodies are not viscous, follow-up particles cannot be adhered to surfaces of the particle main bodies, and therefore, pileup is effectively avoided, and the brightness of a backlight device is ensured. Meanwhile, the diffusion particles are embedded into the coating in a jetting manner, so that the distribution of the diffusion particles is comparatively even.
