The invention relates to a system for judging small-disturbance stability of a grid-connected photovoltaic system on basis of an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), which is characterized by comprising a photovoltaic array, a Boost DC (Direct Current) conversion unit, a DC/AC (Direct Current/Alternating Current) conversion unit, a filtering unit, an interface circuit, a display unit and a central processing unit. A working method of the system comprises the steps of voltage and current signal acquisition, detection, calculation and display. The system has the advantages that 1, accuracy is high and universality is strong; 2, a small amount of variables are required and the system is easy to implement; and 3, hardware adopts the high-performance XC4VSX35-type FPGA, high-speed computation can be carried out and an accurate computing result is provided.
