The operation amplifier IC is arranged on the top layer of the television main board PCB and comprises power supply input ends and power supply ground ends. The filtering capacitor and the operation amplifier IC are arranged in a back-to-back manner. The filtering capacitor is arranged on the bottom layer of the television main board PCB. The power supply ground ends of the operation amplifier IC are firstly electrically connected with one pole of the filtering capacitor, and then electrically connected with the main board ground of the television main board PCB though one pole of the filtering capacitor. The power supply input ends of the operation amplifier IC are electrically connected with the other pole of the filtering capacitor. The peripheral areas of the wires electrically connected between the power supply ground ends of the operation amplifier IC and one pole of the filtering capacitor are not covered by copper layers.
