The hysteresis synchronous motor is mounted on the speed reducer casing through a flange and is connected with the crank shaft, the linkage mechanism is sleeved on the crank shaft which is supported in the speed reducer casing by the aid of the bearings, the bearings are covered with the bearing cover which is fastened on the speed reducer casing through bolts, the pump is fastened on the speed reducer casing through bolts, and the plunger is connected with the linkage mechanism. The crank shaft and the linkage mechanism drive the plunger to reciprocate in the pump when the motor rotates, and the speed reducer casing is covered with the cover plate. By means of the pressure water pump, the pressure control accuracy of the impermeability instrument can be improved, a belt transmission link is omitted, the water pump can stop operating timely, the overshoot of pressure is prevented, and the operational reliability can be improved.
