The switching circuit controls switching on or off of an input power supply; the rectifying circuit rectifies the input alternating current power supply; the filter circuit contains capacitance and filters the rectified power supply; the inverter circuit is driven by output of the filter circuit; the motor is driven by output of the inverter circuit; one output end of the operation control circuit is connected to the switching circuit so as to control switching on or off of the switching circuit upon the input power supply, and the other output end is connected to the inverter circuit, so that when the switching circuit is disconnected with the input power supply, the inverter circuit is controlled to output direct current to the motor.
