The rubber is manufactured through a mixing process of a primary rubber master batch and a mixing process of secondary final rubber. By scientifically adjusting the formula components and the preparation process, the bubble and water in the rubber mixing process can be effectively released, the rubber is denser, the physical mechanical property is improved, the air tightness is improved, and the production cost of the tire is reduced by about 5%.
