An ultrasonic reinforced cold filling device of a molten salt heat absorber comprises a controller (1), an ultrasonic generator (2), an ultrasonic convertor (3) and temperature testers, wherein the ultrasonic convertor (3) is located on a molten salt pipeline (6) between molten salt heat absorber plates (5); the temperature testers (4a and 4b) are mounted on the molten salt pipeline (6) in front and at back of the ultrasonic convertor (3); the input end of the ultrasonic convertor (3) is connected with the output end of the ultrasonic generator (2); and the input end of the ultrasonic generator (2) is connected with the output end of the controller (1).
