Abstract

The invention provides a watermelon, grape, red date and lycium barbarum containing wine beverage. A preparation technology comprises steps as follows: step one, preparation of raw materials which comprise components in percentage by weight as follows: 45%-50% of a watermelon fermentation broth, 30%-35% of a grape fermentation broth, 15%-20% of a red date solution and 5%-10% of a lycium barbarum solution; and step two, synthesis: 1), the grape fermentation broth, the red date solution and the lycium barbarum solution are stirred and mixed at the room temperature to form mixed liquor containing the grape, the red date and lycium barbarum; and 2) the watermelon fermentation broth is poured into the mixed liquor containing the grape, the red date and lycium barbarum to prepare the watermelon, grape, red date and lycium barbarum containing wine beverage. The watermelon, grape, red date and lycium barbarum containing wine beverage has the advantages as follows: 1), the raw materials are beneficial and harmless; 2) tests prove that 100 ml of the prepared wine beverage contains 2.67 ml lycopene, 0.3 ml of arginine and 9.7 ml of calcium gluconate, and the beverage is beneficial to physical and psychological health after long-term drinking, and has prevention and relieving functions on hypertension and hyperlipidemia patients as well as patients with prostate diseases; and 3), the technology is simple and easy to implement.
