The production method is characterized that the front side of the non-woven fabric is spunbond non-woven fabric, and 10-15% of water-resistant master batches for spunbond are added into the raw material of the front side; two layers of meltblown non-woven fabric is sandwiched at the middle, and 10-15% of water-resistant master batches for meltblown are added into the raw material of the meltblown non-woven fabric; the back side is spunbond non-woven fabric, and 4-8% of water-loving master batches for spunbond are added into the raw material of the back side; the non-woven fabric is obtained through drying after forming by a hot rolling method. The non-woven fabric obtained according to the method is soft in handfeel, and a bonding point of two materials cannot be layered and separated when suffering water and heat.
