The hydrogen circulating system comprises a hydrogen storage container (3), temperature regulating devices (32, 33, 34, 321, 331 and 341), a hydrogen storage container valve (36), and a pressure sensor (35), wherein the hydrogen storage container (3) is provided with a hydrogen storage alloy which absorbs hydrogen when a first condition is satisfied and releases hydrogen when a second condition is satisfied; the temperature regulating devices (32, 33, 34, 321, 331 and 341) are used for regulating the temperatures of the hydrogen storage alloy in the hydrogen storage container so that the temperature satisfies the first condition or the second condition; the hydrogen storage container valve (36) is used for communicating the interior of the hydrogen storage container with an external device or disconnecting the interior of the hydrogen storage container from the external device; the pressure sensor (35) is used for detecting the pressure in the hydrogen storage container and controlling the valve of the hydrogen storage container based on the detected pressure.
