Abstract

The invention discloses a heavy benzene hydro-upgrading method. The method includes: filtering the raw material heavy benzene, mixing the filtered heavy benzene with hydrogen, then adding the mixture into a pre-hydrofining reaction area to undergo reaction, subjecting the reaction effluent to gas-liquid separation, cycling part of a liquid phase product back to the pre-hydrofining reaction area, heating the rest part of liquid phase product and making it enter a main hydrogenation reaction area to pass through a hydrogenation protection reaction area and a main hydrofining reaction area to undergo hydrogenation reaction, leading the obtained hydrofining product into a separation system, bringing the separated liquid phase product into a hydro-upgrading reaction area to undergo hydro-upgrading reaction, and separating the hydro-upgrading product, thus obtaining gasoline and diesel fractions. The method provided by the invention can greatly reduce the temperature rise in the pre-hydrofining reaction area, extend operation cycle of equipment, reduce the load of a circulating hydrogen compressor, and save equipment investment, thus providing a high economical processing method for heavy benzene with low added value.
