Abstract

The object of the present invention is to ensure a sufficient reliability of the connection between a tab wire and a solar cell and also to maintain output power. The present invention provides such a configuration that is provided with a plurality of solar cells (2), each having a plurality of linear electrodes (12) serving as surface electrodes formed on one surface side by side, with a back surface electrode (13) formed on the other surface; and a tab wire 3 that is formed on the plural surface electrodes (12) of the one solar cell (2) so as to intersect therewith, and is also formed on the back surface electrode (13) of another solar cell (2) adjacent to the one solar cell (2), with an adhesive agent (17) interposed therebetween, and by carrying out heating and pressing processes onto the tab wire (3) with a buffer material (31) interposed therebetween, the adhesive agent (17) is cured and the tab wire (3) is pressed onto the surface electrodes (12) so as to be deformed into a wave shape along the longitudinal direction; thus, it is possible to release a stress caused by linear expansion not only as a component in parallel with the in-plane direction of the solar cell (2), but also as a component in a vertical direction, and consequently to solve the above-mentioned problem.
