Abstract

The invention relates to a three-layer EVA composite casting film and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite casting film is formed through co-extrusion of three layers including an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The outer layer comprises the raw material of a composition of an opening agent, a nucleating agent and a mixture of high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polypropylene and metallocene polyethylene; the middle layer comprises the raw material of EVA; the inner layer comprises the raw material of a composition of an opening agent, a nucleating agent and a mixture of high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polypropylene and metallocene polyethylene. The production process is as below: mixing the raw materials; adding the materials according to the requirements into three extruders, A, B and C, for extrusion casting; then cooling for shaping; conducting corona treatment; and cutting and rolling to eventually obtain a transparent EVA composite film. Through implementation of the invention, the produced EVA film is non-toxic, harmless, recyclable and decomposable, does not produce poisonous gas during combustion or pollute the atmosphere, and contains no plasticizer; and the EVA film is cleaner than a traditional PVC plastic film, and shows promising prospect.
