Embodiment 1

[0052]The method of the present invention was adopted in 2010 in the Science and Education Park of Henan Agricultural University to carry out tests for many years, using potted simulation experiments, artificially simulating the natural flooding situation, using the leading varieties in production and 35 varieties newly approved in that year (Jixiang No. 1) , Dingxin No. 9, Jundan 20, Nongda 108, Xiandan 158, Denghai 662, Xindan 33, Jiaodan 6, Yudan 2002, Zhengdan 958, Huayu 14, Nongle 988, Sunshine 98, Junyuandan No. 1, Bonong 118, Shengrui 568, Xiyu 12, Chaoyu 1, Luoyu 1, Jundan 22, Zhenghan 358, Baiyu 1, Beiqing 210, Shangdan 08-6, Jun 6840 , Longyu 58, Pingyu 8, Jiyan 118, Jinyu 968, Yudan 2670, Zhengdan 6006, Zhongke 11, Xianyu 335, Luo 7005, Luo 0302) were the research objects, and the seeds of all the above varieties were From the breeding units of their respective varieties, keep the flooded water surface 5cm, and the waterlogging water is supersaturated, and use the m...

Embodiment 2

[0061] Adopt method of the present invention to 20 varieties (Zhengdan 958, Jundan 22, Nongda 108, Denghai 662, Shangdan 08-6, Xianyu 335, Zhuyu 309, Huayu 14, Jundan 18, Ludan 981, Liyu 16, Luoyu 4, Zhangyu 9, Xindan 23, Anyu 12, Jinyu 6, Jingdan 968, Huafeng 9, Zhongke 11, Zhengnong 7278, Liyu No. 2, and Jingdan 28) were screened and identified at the seedling stage. All varieties came from their respective breeding units. After 3 days of flooding, the present invention was used to investigate and score the relevant traits, and the waterlogging-resistant varieties were preliminarily screened out. The varieties include Jundan 22, Jingdan 968, and Ludan 981. The varieties that are not resistant to waterlogging include: Denghai 662, Nongda 108, and Huayu 14. Comparison of 15 shape indexes before and after flooding shows that plant height, net photosynthetic rate, green leaf area, root growth rate, chlorophyll a content, SPAD value, and biomass have a higher percentage of reduct...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating flood tolerance of the maize variety. The method comprises the following steps of 1, after a pot is drowned, performing evaluation on four indexes, such as the color of a leaf, the form of the leaf, the color of a stem and the form of a root to preliminarily determine the flooding tolerance level; 2, performing two-sample pairing statistic analysis method on 15 shapes subjected to preliminary screening in the first step, and taking the strain height, the net photosynthetic rate, the green area, the root biomass, the root growth rate, the content of chlorophyll a, the total content of chlorophyll and an SPAD (soil and plant analyzer development) value as flood tolerance degree evaluation indexes according to the waterlogging influence degree; and 3, performing clustering analysis on the authentication indexes obtained by the second step, and classifying the varieties with different flood tolerance degrees into a flood tolerance hybrid and a non flood tolerance hybrid near to 27 according to genetic distances of all property clusters. The method for quickly and easily obtaining the flood tolerance evaluation indexes in a maize seedling stage is established according to the form change of leaves and stems above the ground as well as the physiologic and morphologic expression of plants, so that a basis is supplied to correct selection of the maize variety in an easily flooding region.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation and breeding, in particular to a method for evaluating the waterlogging tolerance of corn varieties. Background technique [0002] With global climate change, crop yield loss caused by soil waterlogging has become a global problem. According to statistics, the soil with excessive moisture in the world accounts for about 12%, about 10% of the arable land suffers from waterlogging disasters, resulting in a 20% reduction in crop yield, and about 50% of the irrigated land is affected by poor drainage. Waterlogging has become the second largest disaster in my country's agricultural natural disasters, accounting for about 24.2%, and there is an increasing trend (Liu Ling, 2003; Wang Chunyi, 2007). In some areas or in a certain period, the hazard ratio of waterlogging Drought poses a greater threat to agricultural production. According to statistics, from 1949 to 1991, the average annual flood...
