The invention provides a method for detecting leakage of a heat-transfer pipe of a condenser in nuclear power plant, under normal operating condition of the condenser, a condenser to be detected is isolated in advance, drain in a condenser water box is introduced below a lowest plane of the heat-transfer pipe, then adjacent heat-transfer pipes are taken as one group in pairs, one heat-transfer pipe positioned at the intermediate part of the adjacent two groups of the heat-transfer pipes is used by the adjacent two groups of the heat-transfer pipes, each group of the heat-transfer pipe enables differential pressure detection; while the differential pressure is detected, one end of the two heat-transfer pipe in same group is respectively connected to the two ends of a differential pressure meter, the other end is sealed, the differential pressure meter is used for detecting and then output the detection value, then each group is successively detected, after the detection is completed, and the heat-transfer pipe which leaks can be distinguished according to all detection value. The method of the invention realizes the detection of the heat-transfer pipe, accurately and rapidly determines the heat-transfer pipe which leaks, and increases the detection efficiency and the detection precision.
