The present application belongs to the technical field of impeller machine test measurement, and discloses a visual test system and method for an inlet passage of a heavy-duty gas turbine, wherein the system comprises an inlet fan, a pressure stabilizing chamber, an outlet fan, a flow meter, a particle image velocimetry component, a probe measurement component and an inlet passage model test piece; the particle image velocimetry component is used to obtain two-dimensional velocity data of gas at the outlet of the inlet passage model test piece; and the probe measurement component is used to determine the circumferential gas flow field parameter distribution at the outlet of the inlet passage model test piece according to the obtained gas velocity information and pressure information at different circumferential positions of the outlet of the inlet passage model test piece. The experimental system of the present application combines the particle image velocimetry component with the probe measurement component, and uses the probe experimental results obtained by the probe measurement component to check the experimental results of the particle image velocimetry component, thereby improving the accuracy of measurement.

Visual test system for subway tunnel mining method excavation

The invention discloses a visual test system for mining excavation of a subway tunnel. The visual test system comprises a combined model box mounted on an optical platform, wherein a visual filling material is used for simulating surrounding rock of the subway tunnel; the tunnel excavation module divides an internal interface into a plurality of cavern areas through isolation materials to form a tunnel model planned to be excavated in a preset mode, each cavern area is filled with visual and fusible filler, and a conductive hot melting device is embedded in each cavern area to simulate excavation of a tunnel. The support system is an anchor rod simulation device which is arranged in a surrounding rock material in advance; the loading device comprises a stress loading unit for applying load to simulate original stress around the tunnel and a pressure sensor for monitoring the load; the laser instrument is used for emitting a laser beam to generate a speckle field; the imaging device is used for shooting speckle field images; in addition, an image identification and interpretation module (a special image analysis tool GEO-PIV developed based on matlab) is provided. The whole excavation process of any part of the tunnel can be visualized.

The embodiment of the invention provides a testing device and a testing method for simulating pressure shell type damage of a spherical fuel element of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor, and relates to the technical field of testing of the spherical fuel element of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor. The test device for simulating the pressure shell type damage of the spherical fuel element of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor comprises a sphere structure, a visual test unit, an environment control unit, a data monitoring unit and a recording unit, the visual test unit is provided with a test area for accommodating the sphere structure, and the environment control unit is connected with the visual test unit. The environment control unit is connected with the visual test unit and used for adjusting environment conditions in the test area, the data monitoring unit is connected with the environment control unit and the visual test unit at the same time and used for detecting environment data in the test area, and the recording unit is used for recording the test process of the sphere structure. The pressure shell type damage behavior of the spherical fuel element can be effectively simulated, and related parameters are accurately obtained.
