Abstract

The invention relates to bacillus pumilus mutant strain with high-efficient inhibiting effects on quorum-sensing (QS) system. Preservation number of the bacillus pumilus mutant strain is CCTCC No.2013534. According to a preparation method of the bacillus pumilus mutant strai, F3-1 bacterial strain is taken as an original strain; mutant strain FF1-2, which can be expressed stably in progeny and possesses high sensitivity on QS signal molecules, is obtained via mutation breeding. The bacillus pumilus mutant strain is used for preparing microbial preparations which are used for high-efficient controlling and preventing of aquatic bacterial diseases, and providing research on novel methods based on interference on the bacterial quorum-sensing system with foundation.
