Abstract

The invention discloses a plastic surface printing ink. The printing ink comprises the following raw materials in percentages by weight: 20-30% of alcohol-soluble polyamide resin solution, 1-5% of nitrocotton resin solution, 10-32% of pigment titanium dioxide, 1-5% of filler, 0.2-1% ofpolyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5% of erucyl amide, 0.1-0.5% of additive, 1-2% of dimethyl phthalate, 10-30% of ethyl acetate, 10-30% of ethanol and 10-30% n-propyl acetate. The invention takes full advantage of the characteristic that the modified polyamide resin can be dissolved in alcohol, the obtained alcohol-soluble polyamide resin solution effectively forms affinity to nitrocotton resin with a low molecular weight structure and has a good compatibility, so that a good leveling is realized during the printing process and the ink with high solid content can be prepared. The printing viscosity of the ink can be diluted to 12 seconds, the ink is adapted to printing machine speed of above 350 meter per minute, and the production efficiency is improved.
