Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the flocculation ability, coalescence ability and dehydration effect of various types of crude oil demulsifiers are not ideal, especially for poor adaptability to oil products. The demulsifiers used in various oil fields are developed for different crude oil physical properties. Demulsifiers for dehydration and demulsification of oil separation have not been reported
[0003] Before the development of condensate gas reservoirs in carbonate reservoirs, acid fracturing is required. During the flowback process, due to the drop in temperature and pressure, reverse condensation occurs and condensate oil is produced. After the condensate oil reacts with residual acid and acid rock The mixture of the products produced serious emulsification, which makes demulsification and dehydration difficult. At present, the condensate oil produced by reverse condensate after acid fracturing in Da’anzhai condensate gas reservoir is seriously emulsified, and a rapid dehydration demulsifier is urgently needed
[0004] In 2011, Fu Yarong and others invented the patent "Dehydration Demulsifier for Crude Oil Produced from Oil Wells After Acidification", which is a dehydration demulsifier for crude oil produced from oil wells after acidification. Rapid demulsifier has not been reported yet

Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid dehydrating demulsifying agent for acid-fractured gas condensate and a preparation method of the rapid dehydrating demulsifying agent. The demulsifying agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of polyoxyethylene ether, 12-18% of polyethylene polyamine ether, 20-25% of alcohol (less than three C atoms), 4-10% of citric acid, 10-14% of sodium chloride and the balance of water. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding 10-15% of alcohol to a reaction kettle, adding the polyethylene polyamine ether while stirring, and stirring for 20-30 minutes; 2) orderly adding the polyoxyethylene ether, the sodium chloride, the citric acid and the rest alcohol, heating to the range from 40 to 60 DEG C and continuing stirring for 15-30 minutes; and 3) finally adding the water and cooling to a normal temperature. The dehydrating demulsifying agent is simple in components and is used for rapid dehydrating demulsification for the acid-fractured gas condensate; and in case of a dosage of 30-50mg / L, the water content of the gas condensate after being dehydrated is less than 0.5% and thus meets the technical requirements stipulated by industrial standards.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of exploration and development of oil and gas fields, and furthermore, to a demulsifier for rapid dehydration of condensate oil after acid fracturing and a preparation method. Background technique [0002] At present, the flocculation ability, coalescence ability and dehydration effect of various types of crude oil demulsifiers are not ideal, especially for the poor adaptability of oil products. The demulsifiers used in various oil fields are developed for different crude oil properties. There is no report on the demulsifier for oil separation, dehydration and demulsification. [0003] Carbonate reservoir condensate gas reservoirs need to undergo acid fracturing before development. Due to the drop in temperature and pressure during the flowback process, reverse condensate occurs, which produces condensate oil. After the condensate oil reacts with residual acid and acid rock The mixture of the products produced serious emuls...
