Abstract

The invention provides a corrugated pipe plug valve which comprises a valve body, a plug cock, corrugated pipe, a stuffing box, a valve cover, a handle base, a fixed block and a locating sheet, wherein the valve body comprises a cavity located in a central area and a channel through which a medium passes, an annular groove is formed in the lateral wall of the cavity, and a valve body bush is embedded in the annular groove; the plug cock is provided with a medium hole through which the medium passes, a plug cock rod is arranged at the upper portion of the plug cock, a plug cock cover is wrapped on the plug cock, the plug cock is arranged in the cavity of the valve body in a rotating mode, the plug cock sleeve is in tight contact with the valve body bush; the lower portion of the plug cock rod is sleeved with the corrugated pipe made of a metal material, so that a metal shield is formed between the fluid medium and the atmosphere; the plug cock rod is sleeved with the stuffing box in a sealed mode and is located above the corrugated pipe; the valve cover is used for fixing the stuffing box; the handle base is fixed to the upper end of the plug cock rod; the fixed block is fixed to the valve cover; one end of the locating sheet is fixed to the upper portion of the plug cock rod, and the other end of the locating sheet is fixedly connected with the fixed block.
