[0088] Below with a specific example the inventive method is further described:

[0089] Figure 5 is the cross-sectional view of the wire harness, indicating the positional relationship between the wire harness relative to the ground and the wire harness, where h represents the height of the wire harness center to the ground. Table 2 is the geometric position coordinates of the wire harness. Such as Image 6 The external excitation electric field shown is irradiated vertically on the beam, θ E = 0°, θ p = 0°, φ p = 0°, so e x = 0, e y = 0, e z = 1, v x =-v,v y =-∞, v z =-∞. Such as Figure 7 As shown, the excitation electric field is the rise time τ r =1ns ramp pulse. As shown in Table 2, you can know the position of the wires in the wiring harness and the size of the termination load resistance.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly predicting the time domain radiosensitivity of a vehicle harness. The method includes the steps that first, assuming that the harness is under a non-loss condition, an image method is used for solving the unit length distribution parameter of the harness with an insulating layer; second, an equivalent cable bundle method is used for processing the length distribution parameter of the harness with the insulating layer to obtain the unit length distribution parameter of the equivalent harness, and meanwhile equivalent processing is conducted on the geometrical parameter and terminal resistance of the harness; third, the parameter obtained in the second step is substituted into a transmission line radiosensitivity time domain finite difference formula to be computed, and accordingly the time domain radiosensitivity of the harness is obtained. The method for quickly predicting the time domain radiosensitivity of the vehicle harness has the advantages that the expression of a capacitor matrix between harness wires can be calculated again, the calculation time is shortened by about 50% compared with a complete model, the induced voltage of any point on the harness can be observed, and the incident angle of an incident electric field can choose an arbitrary value in the real process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quickly predicting the time-domain sensitivity of a wire harness, in particular to a method for rapidly predicting the time-domain radiation sensitivity of a vehicle wire harness. Background technique [0002] The Equivalent Cable Bundle Method (ECBM) is an efficient method for analyzing the electromagnetic compatibility of a large number of cables to form a wire harness. It was first proposed by Guillaume Andrieu in his doctoral thesis in 2006. In 2008, Guillaume Andrieu put the equivalent The harness method is applied to the analysis of the frequency domain radiation susceptibility of the harness. In 2009, Guillaume Andrieu applied it to the problem of radiation of complex wire harnesses to external space. In 2013, GuillaumeAndrieu combined the equivalent wire harness and complex ground structure to analyze the frequency domain radiation sensitivity.
