The device includes a camera device, a data processor, a unit control console, a measurement and control cable, a gas collecting tube, flow meters, a bubble leakage detector, electromagnetic valves and a metal pipe. The remotely-controlled wide-range gas leakage rate detection device adjusts a measurement range through the unit control console and has a function of a flow meter and a function of bubble leakage detection and leakage rate data are obtained through remote monitoring. The bubble leakage detector is designed according to a pressure balance principle of communicated containers so that frozen accidents caused by back flow of a leakage liquid, which is resulted from low temperature negative pressure of a gas, can be effectively prevented.
