According to Einstein's theory of relativity, simultaneity is not an absolute relation between events; what is simultaneous in one frame of reference will not necessarily be simultaneous in another (see Relativity of simultaneity). The sub-module comprises a first switching module (1), a second switching module (2), a direct current capacitor (4), and a third switching module (3). The testing device has the functions of measuring the osmotic coefficient and the deformation of the impervious material of the landfill site and also has the function of measuring the osmotic coefficients under different pressures. Data acquisition of the testing device ensures the simultaneity of the data acquisition to allow the measured osmotic coefficient to be more accurate. The osmotic coefficient measured by the testing device can be directly read and also establish relations between the pressure and the osmotic coefficient and between the pressure and the deformation quantity; therefore, the device provides more reliable evidence for the engineering application and the estimation of imperviousness of the geomembrane.

The invention provides a sludge paddle desiccation method, which comprises the following steps: loading wet sludge into a paddle desiccator with a charger, indirectly heating materials through a hollow blade heating shafts and a shell jacket with thermal medium, the heating shafts intermeshied and rotating, with squeezing and relaxation alternative action, materials dried and moving to a discharge door simultaneity. The wet share evaporated in drying process is carried and discharged with carrying gas, and the carrying gas can enter from a carrying gas inlet or the discharge door, and is ejected from exhaust outlet.
