Abstract

The invention provides a hydrocarbon oil hydrotreatment method. The method comprises the following steps: a hydrocarbon oil raw material and hydrogen contacts with a plurality of hydrogenation catalyst bed layers in a hydrotreatment device; and a main hydrogenation pretreatment reactor and a standby hydrogenation pretreatment reactor are alternately used, and the online time of the main hydrogenation pretreatment reactor is greater than the online time of the standby hydrogenation pretreatment reactor. The method allows solid particle impurities in inferior hydrocarbon oil to deposit in a hydrogenation pretreatment unit without greatly improving the running energy consumption of the apparatus, reduces the reaction temperature of a subsequent hydrotreatment unit, effectively protects a hydrogenation catalyst at a rear portion, alleviates the high temperature carbon deposit inactivation and prolongs the service cycle of the hydrogenation catalyst.
