The external switch is arranged at the ground terminal of the relay; and the self-protection circuit comprises a NOT gate circuit, wherein the NOT gate circuit is provided with an input end, an output end and a power supply end. The power supply end is connected with the cell; the input end is connected with the output end of the relay; and the output end is connected with the external switch. The NOT gate circuit is preset with a high threshold. The NOT gate circuit controls the external switch to switch on or switch off after making a comparison between the output end voltage of the relay and the high threshold.
