Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving a producible oil index by use of starch wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: performing starch wastewater pretreatment, namely regulating the PH value of starch wastewater to 6.0-8.0; determining volumetric concentrations of a nitrogen source and a phosphorus source, wherein the volumetric concentrations of the nitrogen source and the phosphorus source are 0.2%-0.5% and 0.01%-0.03% respectively; determining the air injection allocation quantity, wherein the air injection allocation quantity is that the volume rate of air to the starch wastewater is (5-10):1; determining the injection quantity of the starch wastewater, wherein the injection quantity of the starch wastewater is 0.5PV-1.0PV; tracking and analyzing a field test and a field test result. The method is simple in construction process, is capable of effectively reducing the cost of improving the producible oil index by use of microorganisms and avoiding environment pollution caused by discharge of the starch wastewater and thus can be widely applied to a field test of improving the producible oil index.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for increasing oil recovery in oil exploitation, in particular to a method for improving crude oil recovery by using starch wastewater. Background technique [0002] Microbial enhanced oil recovery is a comprehensive technology that uses the beneficial activities and metabolites of microorganisms in oil reservoirs to change the physical and chemical properties of crude oil and improve the fluidity of crude oil, thereby enhancing oil recovery. As long as the right amount of nutrients are provided, the microorganisms that are beneficial to the enhanced oil recovery can be selectively activated and metabolized to produce products that are beneficial to the flow of crude oil. Compared with other enhanced oil recovery technologies, this technology has the advantages of wide application range, simple operation, and no pollution to the formation and the environment. The activators currently used mainly include glucose, sucro...
