The processing method of the carbon fiber heating pad comprises the steps of shearing long carbon fibers into carbon fiber fragments, processing the carbon fiber fragments into carbon fiber felts and processing the carbon fiber felts into the carbon fiber heating pad. According to the processing method of the carbon fiber heating pad, the long carbon fibers are cut into the carbon fiber fragments, and the carbon fiber fragments are processed into the carbon fiber felts. Due to the characteristics of the carbon fibers, the cut carbon fiber fragments still have the feature of flexibility of the long carbon fibers; in addition, the carbon fiber fragments are processed into the carbon fiber felts, the carbon fibers are evenly distributed, and therefore heating temperature of the processed carbon fiber heating pad can be evenly distributed. The carbon fiber heating pad processed through the processing method has good flexibility and the heating temperature is evenly distributed.
