According to the processing method of the carbon fiber heating pad, the long carbon fibers are cut into the carbon fiber fragments, and the carbon fiber fragments are processed into the carbon fiber felts. Due to the characteristics of the carbon fibers, the cut carbon fiber fragments still have the feature of flexibility of the long carbon fibers; in addition, the carbon fiber fragments are processed into the carbon fiber felts, the carbon fibers are evenly distributed, and therefore heating temperature of the processed carbon fiber heating pad can be evenly distributed.
