The hydraulic supporting control system comprises a controller, a hydraulic pump, a first hydraulic oil cylinder, a second hydraulic oil cylinder, a first oil cylinder control valve and a second oil cylinder control valve, a distance detection device is arranged on the controller connectively, a normally-open electromagnetic valve is arranged between an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump and a hydraulic oil tank so as to form a hydraulic loop, the first oil cylinder control valve is connected with the first hydraulic oil cylinder so as to control telescoping thereof, the second oil cylinder control valve is connected with the second hydraulic oil cylinder so as to control telescoping thereof, a control end of the normally-open electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller, and an unloading valve is arranged between the first oil cylinder control valve and the first hydraulic oil cylinder. By the means, the hydraulic supporting control system and the anti-misoperation supporting device have the advantage that protecting measures are set for starting and recovery of the first hydraulic oil cylinder, and thereby safety during misoperation is guaranteed.
