Abstract

The device comprises a machine box, a data acquisition card, a mainboard, a power source, a disk array and a touch screen, wherein the data acquisition card, the mainboard, the power source and the disk array are installed inside the machine box and are tightly attached to the bottom of the machine box, and the touch screen is installed on the outer surface of the machine box. The data acquisition card is used for collecting operating data of the water-based power rodless pumping unit and transmitting the collected operating data to the mainboard. The mainboard is used for conducting fault diagnosis and analysis on the received operating data of the water-based power rodless pumping unit through a fractal box counting method. The disk array is used for storing the operating data of the water-based power rodless pumping unit and fault diagnosis and analysis results output by the mainboard.
