The mobile phase is methanol, the flow velocity is 0.8-1.2 mL / min, the detection wavelength is 204 nm, the column temperature is 25-35 DEG C, the detection time is 30 min, and the sample size is 10 mu L. By using the method for determining squalene content from pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb. volatile compositions, the sample size and the peak area integral value show a good linear relation, the sample stability, the instrument precision, the method reappearance and the method specificity all accord with requirements, and a basis is established for rapid and accurate quantification of squalene.
