The method comprises the following steps: A)synthesis of a rubber promoter CBS; B)adding a CBS crude product obtained in the step A) in a centrifuge spin dryer for performing solid-liquid separation; C)distilling a mother liquor obtained in the step B) to obtain a cyclohexylamine aqueous solution with a certain content; D)determining the proportion of the recovered cyclohexylamine so as to determinate the cyclohexylamine content; and E)adding the cyclohexylamine aqueous solution with the certain content in proportion in an oxidation kettle for next reaction.
