Abstract

The invention discloses a method for performing innocent treatment on molybdenum tailings at a low temperature section. The method comprises the following steps: (1) separating the molybdenum tailings by using cyclone separation equipment, wherein (+100)-mesh molybdenum tailings are separated and recovered to be used for raw materials of building materials, (-100)-mesh molybdenum tailings are dried and fed into an oxidizing roasting rotary kiln for roasting, the roasting temperature is 600 DEG C to 800 DEG C, and the roasting time is 15 to 30 minutes; and (2) cooling the roasted (-100)-mesh molybdenum tailings, performing magnetic separation to recycle iron and Cr2O3, wherein the total content of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic in the (-100)-mesh molybdenum tailings subjected to magnetic separation accords with the innocent agricultural heavy metal limit standard of the metal tailings. According to the method, the (-100)-mesh molybdenum tailings subjected to innocent treatment can serve as raw materials of controlled-release BB fertilizers or soil conditioners. According to the method, raw materials according with related standards can be provided for the molybdenum tailings in agricultural and ecological applications, and the aims of saving the energy and reducing CO2 emission can be achieved.
