Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of sexual propagation of nursery-grown plants of seeds (peace beans) of the biggest bauhinia championii seed beans in the world, and discloses a germination accelerating and seedlings growing method of peace beans. The method comprises the following steps: collecting seeds in proper time; selecting the seeds; soaking with water and performing germination accelerating for five days; picking up a minority of seeds which are obviously swollen to sow; performing acid etching on most of hard seeds with concentrated sulfuric acid for 45 minutes and washing for 3 hours with clean water; sowing to a greenhouse or a seedling growing bed in an arched shed; transplanting bud seedlings into a seedling growing nutrition pocket for culturing; transplanting into a big field to culture big field seedlings; culturing for 2 years, and taking out of a garden and cultivating or landscaping. According to the accelerating germination of manual seed introduction and cultivation of bauhinia championii, the germination rate can reach more than 90 percent; the effect is ideal; the seedlings are ordered and grow strongly. In addition, in a bud seedling and pocket seedling stage, the seedlings can be cultured for 2 years in the big field and can be totally taken out of the garden for cultivating or landscaping.
